Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak to lower on light demand and moderate offerings. 
Select and Choice chuck and round cuts weak to lower while rib cuts firm to 
higher. Choice loin cut firm while Select lower. Beef trimmings firm on 
moderate demand and light offerings.
